1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Live Sports (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Overview & Developer

The App is provided by Gree Web Solutions and offers live sports scores, fixtures, results, tournaments, standings and personalised favourites. It does not require an account.

3. Sports Information

Match, score, team, player and tournament information is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete or illustrative. Do not rely on it for betting, financial or any other decision where accuracy is critical.

4. No Gambling

The App does not offer gambling, betting, wagering or real-money games of any kind.

5. Third-Party Names & Links

Team, league and tournament names are used only to identify sports information. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any team, league or governing body. Any external links lead to sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its services.
• Do not copy, scrape or redistribute the App's content without permission.

7. Data & Account Deletion

The App has no user accounts. Your preferences are stored on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling. See Delete Account / Data.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, text and graphics are owned by Gree Web Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your device. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

9. App Availability & Updates

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gree Web Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing here removes them.
