1. App Overview & Developer Identity

Live Sports (package com.scorenest.app) is a mobile app for Android that shows live sports scores, fixtures, results, tournaments and standings. The app is provided by Gree Web Solutions (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information. Live Sports does not have a sign-in or registration feature.

The app stores the following preferences only on your device (Android SharedPreferences):

This data stays on your device and is not sent to us or to any server operated by us.

3. How We Use Information

Locally stored preferences are used only to personalise the app for you, for example to show your favourite sports first and to remember your theme. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.

4. Advertising & Analytics

The app does not display third-party advertising and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety section before releasing the change.

5. Push & Local Notifications

On Android 13 and later the app asks for the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission, and only after you tap Allow. Notifications are optional; you can turn them off in the app settings or in your Android system settings at any time. Declining does not affect the rest of the app.

6. Permissions

The app requests only the notification permission described above. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or phone.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The app does not integrate third-party services that collect personal data. If a screen links to an external website, that website is governed by its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for its practices.

8. Sports Data

Scores, fixtures, team names and badges shown in the app are for general information and entertainment. They may be illustrative or delayed and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Team badges are generic and do not imply affiliation with any team or league.

9. Data Storage & Security

Because your preferences are stored locally, they are protected by your device's own security (such as screen lock and app sandboxing). No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Since we hold no copy of this data, there is nothing for us to delete on a server. See our Delete Account / Data page for step-by-step instructions.

11. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, India or California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. As we do not collect personal data off-device, you can exercise control directly in the app settings or by clearing app data. You may also contact us with any request or question.

12. Children's Privacy

The app is a general-audience sports app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will act promptly.

13. International Users

Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, no cross-border transfer of your personal data occurs through our own systems.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
